SHIPPING
Unless otherwise specified (ex. Pre Order listings), items will ship within 3 business days (usually faster).
All shipments originate from our office in Vancouver, Canada.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
We are not able to offer express shipping to rural addresses or PO boxes. These orders will automatically ship Canada Post/USPS and take longer to arrive.
Shipping upgrades are available for faster delivery. Please feel free to
reach out if you have any questions at all.
Delivery time estimates based on major urban areas and may take longer for more rural addresses.
If you have any specific timing requests, please send us a message to let us know and we will do our very best to meet them.
We welcome local pick ups in Vancouver!
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Return Policy:
We accept returns for regular priced, non-custom orders in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Must be shipped in original packaging.
There is a no-return policy on anything custom made OR merchandise that is purchased ON SALE.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will inspect to make sure it meets the conditions and process the refund within 2 business days of the product arriving at Domestic Objects HQ. If your order shipped for free, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We can provide a copy of the bill on request.
Domestic Objects is based in Vancouver, Canada. We are not responsible for any taxed/duty charges imposed on packages returned by Customs. You will receive a refund (minus shipping/customs) within 2 business days of the product arriving in new unused condition at Domestic Objects HQ.
